CapFlo sells construction / building materials including but not limited to pipe, valves, fittingsand accessories primarily for the water and wastewater treatment industry. Our core competencies are in delivering the following product groups to heavy civil and heavy mechanical contractors:
- Ductile Pipe & Fittings
- Plastic Pipe & Fittings
- Various appurtenant components to accompany DIP and Plastics such as restraint systems
- Valves and valve automation
- Nut / bolt / gaskets and other fastener items
- Fusible polypropylene primarily for the industrial HVAC industry (hot / chilled water systems)
The Founder and Senior Staff
Mr. Larry Sutterer is the Founder and President of Capital Flow. He began his 30 plus years of military service in the US Air Force with an enlisted assignment at Tan Son Nhut Air Base, Viet Nam. Upon returning to the states, he put himself through a MBA program and subsequently accepted an Air Force commission. As an officer, he completed a second master’s degree and held command and leadership assignments in San Antonio, Texas; Wiesbaden, Germany; Biloxi, Mississippi; Washington DC; and Anchorage, Alaska. He attained the rank of Colonel (0-6) and retired from Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. Bringing his leadership skills to the civilian world, he served in both CEO and Vice President positions in various organizations. His honed skills and those of his handpicked seasoned staff form the basis of Capital Flow’s core philosophy which is dedicated customer service for each and every customer.

Rounding out the Company's officer staff are Mr. Sean Sutterer, VP of Sales and Mr. Derek Burk, VP of Operations and Treasurer. Each of the Vice Presidents have more than a decade of experience in the Material Distribution field. Both are college graduates and they are the "front line staff" supporting engineers, contractors, and a plethora of product suppliers, manufacturers, accounting staff, financial institutions, and front line work crews.
